2013 Cassie’s Crush Pinot Noir
This year finished with a bang as many people harvested in not one but three monsoon storms. With our elevation up at 700ft, we were able to wait through the storm and give the fruit time to come into its full flavor. We split the crush and bottled 10% at nine months and left the balance in barrel for another nine as an opportunity to learn more about our growing barrel inventory.
